I had a mixed experience at this hotel. I rang a couple of days before I was arriving to ask how to get to the hotel and the girl who answered the phone said, and I quote, "West Kensington and follow the map" before slamming the phone down, so she couldn't have been any less helpful if she had tried! I did my own research as to how to get there and when I arrived I found a clean, modern hotel in a quiet area. I had a standard room - but the window was completely blocked on the outside so you couldn't see out of it, and the television didn't work. The young man on reception did his best and was keen to help - he said he couldn't mend the television but would move me to a different room the next day, which he did. Disappointing overall and I wouldn't stay here again.
