酒店的公區硬裝一言難盡，不知道是審美差異還是設計師故弄玄虛。電梯附近面板用的類似做舊的金屬材質，但一眼看上去是那種滿是指紋的油膩污漬感。
房間也不是官網照片那種高級的X冷淡，房間的細節維護和清理不能按國內高標準去看，和之前住過的四季應有的水平有挺大落差。拖鞋，浴巾，浴袍用的都是質感非常糙還很薄的料子。床品是唯一好評，一如既往的四季水準。
禮賓開門還是很積極的，主動打招呼也能主動幫指路。衹是離店時，那位禮賓在明看到有大件託運行李需要搬上車時，取走行李牌便一直不出現，直到我們自己把行李搬上車才出來，感覺非常差！
公共交通挺方便，酒店出門幾十米就是TowerHill地鐵站。走幾分鐘就是塔橋，適合打卡。
再次強調床品確實很棒，拉回不少感情分，整體衹能説在倫敦酒店裡勉強對得起5-6k梯隊的價格，但對於四季品牌標準，差距不小。

很不幸兩條是分開的，所以就沒有繼續享受到房間的升級，但是，既然都是四季的房間，那麼也都會很不錯，這個房間大小正好，也很舒適。
