I am satisfied with the location of the accommodation, the size of the room, and the kitchen facilities in general. However, there was no cleaning or towels for 4 days.

Really convenient location to central London, about 15 mins walk to London Bridge Underground station. It’s a svc apt so don’t expect daily housekeeping, but you can change your towels at the front desk just fine. Only downside is that there is no door that separates the toilet and the shower, so water leaks out and you will have a very wet toilet. The towels in our toilet increased by each day as we had to build a fort around the shower so we don’t step on cold wet tiles when we do our business.
