Not that great and caused delay while checkout. Last moment told that guest need to get sheets and pillow covers to reception. Also charges £10 refundable for key in cash. Apply charges on card which is unreasonable.

My stay at the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and tube station. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would definitely return.

I think this hotel is the best in the same price range. Cause the atmosphere they have is open and friendly. I have stayed at some hotels in London, it was like an 8-bed dormitory. Most of them are like a prison. But here is not like that. So nice living room, dining and something. I recommend it here strongly.

the worst stay ever they gave me a room I go inside some body already inside the room just imagine this u walk to ur hotel room u find somebody laying down on the bed after thyme gave me another room with no internet connection and dirty u can smell the bed sheets horrible experience

Awful hotel experience. Only booked because of its ratings on Trip.com and because the last accommodation recommended by trip.com was a good one. Accommodation and bed was indescribable, with insects in bed, dirty bedsheets., broken bed. Will have to focus on ******* and other places before looking at trip.com again for accommodation. Couldn't even sleep. Would not recommend.

Nice garden and they got free breakfast, but just need to queue for so long if you want some eggs or pancakes and sausages from them. Be careful of your food you put in the fridge, it will be taken even you put the name on it!

The manager that worked the morning shift wasn’t really friendly, always with an unhappy face. Night shift staff were great. Cleanliness average and didn’t know the toilet was super small. We were not allowed to use the kitchen in the morning and in the evening to cook our own meal, but they actually have 2 hobs that can be well utilised.

Great location close to Earl’s Court tube station, shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful. Good amenities with big TV and board games. Big bonus with free breakfast provided every morning.
