I had a fantastic stay with my wife for my birthday. We got upgraded to a suite and free cocktails etc! We reserved tables in the bar and restaurant. The bar/restaurant manager was great and we had really good tables. the restaurant is really good mix of lively bar area and a quieter restaurant area so best of both words. As ever the hotel was immaculate and service was really good and thoughtful. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay.,almost a perfect one until they stopped cleaning our room for 3 straight days. But loved every staff person we met, very helpful and supportive.

My husband and I stayed here whilst he was on some business in London and I tagged along. We are well seasoned travellers and have been lucky enough to stay in some of the world’s most luxury hotels. I have to say that our experience here from the arrival to check out was absolute perfection! The staff here are so amazing that they really should be used as a blueprint for all hotel staff in every hotel! It is a real art to create an ambience of fabulous luxury without being snooty or pompous and this hotel and the fabulous staff have absolutely nailed it. Also, I have to mention a wonderful lady who my husband booked for a 90 minute full body massage as a surprise whilst he went on a meeting - absolutely divine and probably the best massage and full body treatment I’ve ever had! We visit London often and this hotel is now our new favourite! Thank you - we will be back!

Great location and the breakfast was really good. The room was fine, nothing special but comfortable enough. What let it down for me was the lack of little things you’d expect at this price point – no tea or coffee facilities in the room unless you want to pay an extra £10 per day!, and you have to ring reception for pretty much everything. I stayed for 3 nights and each day they came to service the room between 4-6pm which is not a convenient time and meant no room servicing throughout my entire stay. For a supposed five-star hotel, I’d expect them to anticipate guests’ needs a bit more, rather than having to keep asking for basics. Overall, a decent stay but definitely not worth the price. I could have stayed at the Langham (an actual five star hotel) for a lower price than I paid here. Lesson learned.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Soho Hotel with our 2 kids and we have already booked to come back again next spring for a few nights on our way to Paris. The staff here are amazing, no one misses a step. We stayed in a one bedroom penthouse suite which had plenty of space and was very bright with huge windows. We loved the design of the room, so visually interesting and homey with everything in perfect condition. Housekeeping was invisible and perfection, and was always perfectly timed. The kids appreciated the cookies and milk each night with turndown. The location is great for walking to explore London being tucked away in bustling Soho.
