Staffs are very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER the facility itself is just way too old...a wallmount hair dryer seemed 20yo...There were 3 carpet beetle larva on bed sheets but u can always shake the sheet outside of ur room. The safe was locked so I couldn't use it...Also the fridge door was broken. There was a heater but it didn't work at night so it was freezing cold at night... But if you are looking for somewhere you just want to sleep, the location is perfect ... it's literally 1min away from the Earl's court station! So if you are a traveller who doesn't really mind staying in an old facilities it might be perfect for you.

The location is great and near Earls Court station but the condition of the hotel is quite terrible. The bathroom was filthy.

Other than it is close to Earls Court station, many shops. The hotel room is very small that you can hardly open your luggage fully.  There is no drinking bottle water nor thermal kettle provided for your drinking.  The bathroom is pathetically small that you will knock into the shower area walls every time you turn around.  Despite trying to adjust the shower rose, it still spray water so close to the wall that you get very little water for your shower.  Overall the stay gives me a gloomy feel.

Good location, a little nosier due to delivery drivers outside but thankfully didn't affect our sleep. The shower was either too hot or too cold. But the staff were lovely! And the breakfast had enough options, with staff offering pastries out too.

Having read reviews of this hotel, I was honestly a little afraid when checking in. But everything turned out to be very good. Firstly, Earls Court tube station is right around the corner. There are many places to eat within walking distance, for every taste. There are also two shops nearby where you can buy food and more: MS Food & Sainsbury's. Secondly, you can quickly walk to Kensington. Two important museums are also within walking distance up Cromwell Road. In the opposite direction, you can walk along Chelsea and go to the Thames embankment. The hotel is very clean. Yes, most likely someone will definitely find shortcomings. I did not have any, because after breakfast I immediately went on walks and excursions, and returned late in the evening. I would especially like to note the friendly and welcoming hotel staff, always ready to help. I would not count on breakfasts, although this is my subjective opinion. Breakfast (called continental at the hotel) consists of 3 types of cereal + milk, tea, coffee, juice (not very good quality), 2 types of marmalade, 2 types of croissants, 2 types of toast bread. A full English breakfast is available for a hotel fee.

It was very conveniently located, with easy access to Paddington and Kings Cross stations without transfers, and the nearest station was only a 4-minute walk away. It was nice that breakfast was included, but the free food was very limited, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel environment is very bad, the shower head does not produce water, the sanitary environment is also very poor, and something happened that made me very angry. Last night, I was in the bathroom, and the staff suddenly came in and took a refrigerator into my room. The next morning, before dawn, in the early morning, the staff swiped the card and pressed the door handle three or four times to try to get in. Without knocking, they broke into my room and took the refrigerator. It was completely rude and caused me great mental harm. I was very scared to stay in a hotel alone, and this kind of thing happened. Bad review, stay away!

The room was nice, the staff provided prompt convenience and the service was good.
