Saw blood stain on one of the days, got to tell front desk to clean room daily and amenities not top-up daily - got to inform if no more shampoo/body wash etc. but location is good.

We stayed there for 3 nights .
Ran out of hot water while taking shower , had to use cold water in peak winters
They did not inform about late checkout .
Out checkout was at 12 pm but we did it at 12:45 , they charged us extra 20 quid for it .
Informed us at 12 that a fee will be applied for late checkout at least inform an hour earlier so we could avoid it .

Decent, but NOT what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.
Pros:
• Great location with easy access to public transport (bus stops nearby).
• Interior was modern and cozy.
• Friendly and kind reception staff.
Cons:
• The room wasn’t properly cleaned. I found a used sponge in the shower from a previous guest, which shows the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. I had to buy cleaning products to feel comfortable using it. Other areas, like the table, were also dirty.
• Key cards often stopped working, even though I kept them away from my phone as instructed. I had to go to reception several times to fix them, and many other guests said they had the same issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I booked a room with a king bed, but instead was given a disabled-access room with an uncomfortable and impractical bathroom that was difficult to use. We informed the front desk next day, but the only response we received was a brief “sorry” and an explanation that we had arrived too late—no solution, no alternative, no real effort to fix the situation.
For a Hilton property, I expected much better service and attention to detail. This stay fell far below those expectations. I will not be booking this hotel again.

Our first stay was 5nights and wanted to go for a trip to Holland and return to stay at the same hotel 5days later to stay another 4nights before returning to Singapore, since we are coming back to stay at this same hotel was wondering we can leave a few luggage at the hotel concierge but was told they do not accept guests to leave their luggage a few days as we are returning to stay at the hotel. As we are traveling as a family need to drag the to Amsterdam was really not a good idea. Have Been a Hilton Honor guest for some years this is my first time I encounter this situation.

About 15mins walk from king cross staton. Staff are friendly. The front desk act as concierge as well.

The location is excellent. It is walkable distance to King’s Cross (ard 15 -20 mins walk). There’re restaurants, pastry shop, post office and supermarket nearby. The underground is just within 5 mins walk.
Hotel service and room are good as well.
But the room is slightly small for 3 ppl and pillows are quite flat. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not included.
In general,it is a satisfying stay definitely with the price worth.
