太差了，連國內如家都不如的水平。
設施老舊，走廊昏暗，洗手池連水都下不去，給我的房間感覺像殘疾人房間，衞生間的設施都是半人高，輪椅高度，並且配備了一系列殘疾人設備。
洗手間真的一言難盡。
被子薄的可怕，空調開不出熱風。
行李寄存，工作人員也找不到，還要自己去找。
位置我覺得也一般。避雷。

Convenient location as King Cross station is about 15 mins walking distance and Angel station is about 5 mins walking distance. Great customer service and after-sales service. Would probably visit the hotel again if travel to London.

但整體體驗較差，原因如下：
1.入住的時候明明我預訂的大床房，告知我滿房了並安排了雙床，後來多次溝通了才給換回大床房
2.酒店退改政策非常嚴厲，中途因為行程問題溝通提前退房，無論如何都不退差價
3.入住按金在我退房後耗時一個月才返回給我，非常無語
