Love this hotel, the views, the rooms and the service is amazing.

My 4th times of booking with this hotel, the have luxurious limousine send us to city or where else we want to go in city.

The Shard has unbelievable views. Mesmerising. The size of the suit was satisfactory, spacious. Bathroom is very well appointed.

The perfect hotel to enjoy the view of London as it is an attraction itself. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise as you are chilling on bed with your beloved. The service is really amazing and efficient. The breakfast is really good and full of diverse foods. Sky pool and spa were closed but we have enjoyed it before and it was amazing. The only negative point to be fair is the gym which is not amazingly equipped in term of lifting equipment. I definitely recommend this hotel for every couple that want to have an unforgettable stay in London.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. It was a surprise stay planned for my partner’s birthday and I must say I’m impressed with the service of the guest relations and the rest of the team. The stay and room set up was just magical. Loved the whole journey right from the warm welcome at the entrance to the check in desk until checkout. Thank you so much for making this stay so special for us.

We stayed at Shangri-la for two nights.I can’t praise enough the staff and the hotel itself. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an amazing city-view room. Our room was facing St Paul’s Cathedral and other famous landmarks. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I decided to use the pool and sauna. It was brilliant! Again stunning views as the pool is located on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of cold and hot food, fruits and pastries. The facilities at the hotel are great but what makes everything perfect is the people and staff. A big thank you to duty manager Tylor and the reception staff, especially Jasmine and Andzelika, the pool attendant. You made our stay memorable.❤️

The room is good, the breakfast is not good, everything else is good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, I feel like I'm in Tokyo, I will stay in this hotel next time, but the breakfast needs to be improved, there is nothing delicious
