The hostel got on fire and the staff was incredible rude and act like nothing happened, dirty and nasty everywhere, avoid at all cost

There is no hot water in the shower, only on the first floor, but you can borrow a hair dryer, and the activities are very interesting. The disadvantage is that it is very noisy when everyone goes home in the middle of the night, and they will be woken up! It may not be suitable for people who pay attention to sleep quality

It's too cold, but the atmosphere is nice. It's neat. Free dinner. There is an age limit, so it's good because there are no old people and there are no children to come and play.

However, the accommodation is a place where black and Arab people gather, so some people may feel uneasy if it is their first time in London. As for the service, the young black female staff member spoke in a cheerful and comfortable way, and was very attentive. In terms of cleanliness, most backpacker lodgings are usually accompanied by some discomfort, but the shower booth, lobby, and kitchen were tidy and clean. Regarding amenities, there are no towels, no body soap in the shower booth, no hair dryer, the bed is a three-tier bed, the sheets are comfortable, and the air conditioning is weak and the air is bad. However, in this location in London, there is no doubt that this price and this quality are exceptional. It is a nice hotel that ranks high among budget hotels.

호스텔은 처음이었는데 묶는 친구들이 다 좋아서 편하게 지냈습니다 다인실이다 보니 사바사가 심할 것 같아요 시설은 평범했고 공용 공간의 청결도는 깨끗하다 하긴 힘들정도이지만 적응하니 그렇게 나쁘진 않았습니다 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋아 바쁜일정으로 여행다니고 싶으신 분들에게 좋은 호스텔일 것 같습니다

Life changing experience! Considering the place, everything is spotless and it is cleaned daily. the heaters always work and there is always free hot coffee and a meal waiting for you. It is the perfect location and within a walking distance to the center. There are tours both during the day and in the night arranged for free by the staff for everyone which is amazing. There is someone at the front desk literally any time you need them. Now about the people...it's the first time i've been in the same room with so many wonderful ones. The name couldn't be more suitable, "Onefam" is actually one big lovely family. Elize is the mom that makes sure everyone is alright and feels well. Georgia is the cool fun aunt that takes you out partying, Squid is the quiet and gentle uncle that cares for everyone. Hector and Felix are the naughty cousins that you are always having fun with, Bor is the brother that's always there for you! The staff may change through the year but i know the spirit will stay the same. I am sure my trip to London would not have been complete without staying at this hostel! You gotta come here!

My drinks have been stolen by both staff and guests on both occasions I’ve stayed here. You are required to put your name, date of check out, and room number on items to prevent theft. If those aren’t on it you can take it. The staff moved my drink to their fridge and other guests have drank my full bottle of vodka 2 times with my name on it. I had an employee ask to check the cameras to get reimbursed by the guests and staff who stole my items but they said no. The employee said, and I quote, “they said they don’t really care”. The first time I stayed the water was broken on the upper floors and floor had no electricity. The WiFi here also doesn’t work and the staff are rude to guests. When I asked if I could have private time in my room and asked politely if people could refrain from coming in (not that they can’t come In) the staff made a snarky remark in the group chat saying that everyone is allowed to enter their rooms. I never said they didn’t and the message was to explain that I was on a recorded video call so if you don’t want to be recorded do not come in. Overall awful experience and the only reason I come back is because the location is in a good spot and I’ve made friends here.
