The location of the hotel is really convenient and the room is clean and tidy

I went to London to play a tennis tournament at the weekend last week and stayed at the Hyatt house London stratford. The reception on the G floor and the checkin lobby were very smooth and professional. The elevator requires a room card swipe, which improves security. The room is tidy and relatively spacious with the price. You can see the beautiful scenery outside the room, and the breakfast provide by the Hyatt was great! Downstairs is the Westfield mall, as well as Stratford train station and subway station, which is very convenient for travel.

Location is very convenient , a few steps to Westfield shopping mall. Less than 10 minutes walk from Stratford station, feel safe when walking back at night time. Room is spacious and tidy. Mattress is a bit soft for me, but still acceptable. Staff are friendly.

Hotel was in a great location, been there several times before when it was Staybridge Suites but they have renovated it fabulously!! Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious!!

If you known London and if you known the hotel that you can find, this hotel is exactly the opposite: big rooms, extremely clean with all services that you expect by a four star hotel, included and incredible breakfast. The position is not the best one, but the hotel is so close to the tube and by the railway station. It possible to achieve the main attraction of the city in 20 minutes more and less. I’ll come back for sure.

I missed the first night but when I arrived the following day everything was in good order. Check in was seamless. The staff were professional and friendly. The room at the Hyatt House was a great size and had all the amenities. There is something simply excellent about their room decor. It all works. Breakfast was nice but not as good as the Maldron Finsbury park. Service was excellent again. On top of the great service and facilities the location is perfect for Westfield shopping centre. You literally fall out the hotel into the shopping centre.

Good location, Convenient

The location of the hotel is good and convenient for travel. There is a shopping mall, bus terminal and subway station at the door of the hotel. There are several lines for travel. It takes about 60 minutes to get to Heathrow Airport by subway.

We stayed at Hilton Hotel downtown for 3 days in Regency and 2 days in House. The latter cost 1900 and the former cost 2200 for 3 people with 3 breakfasts. It can be said that the hotels in this area are all new in Europe. Similar to Yaohan and other properties above the subway. 1. The windows of Regency cannot be opened, but those of House can. 2. The beds of Regency are like those of normal hotels, such as Atour, which cannot compare with Kempinski and Ritz. 3. House is a one-bedroom and one-living room with a kitchen, which has greater wear and tear than Regency and is generally maintained. 4. Breakfast is served in the same place, and the breakfast is average, almost to the point of being unpalatable. 5. Safe, relatively new, and well-equipped in the surrounding area. Downstairs is a modern shopping center with all kinds of supermarkets, and a 5-minute walk to the railway and subway. The location is first-class.
