Mitsui Garden Hotel Kashiwa-No-Ha Park Side / Chiba Reviews

The hotel is very new and the rooms are quite big. It is very clean and the service is very good. There is a convenient store at the ground floor of the hotel and there is a lounge which you can grab a coffee and relax or read a book. I came here on 7 April 2024, there is a Sakura tree right in front of the window of our room. It’s good to have a walk in park next to the hotel. It is full of Sakura. Be mindful that there is another Garden Hotel near by. There is no free car park at the hotell but you can pay 1000 yen to park your car nearby. When we arrived it was very late and the surrounding was very dark. The staff was very nice. He personally took us to the car park. There is a very big shopping centre near the area where you are go shopping and there are a lot of restaurants as well. We spent a very lovely time at the hotel!

The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful. There is a small library on the 2nd floor where you can read books and write something on the computer. There is a coin-operated laundry room on the 3rd floor. Overall, I am very satisfied!

The hotel is very clean, facing the stadium, very quiet, but there is no shopping nearby, it takes 20 minutes to walk, the hotel is far from the station, other environments are very satisfactory

The whole facility is new and clean. It's next to a quiet park, so you can get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of options and was delicious.

This was my first time staying at a hotel in this area. What surprised me was that the female staff were very businesslike, never smiled, and had the worst hospitality. It was a shame because the other Mitsui hotels were nice. I think the three-star hotel Route Inn was much more comfortable.

It's a hotel I like very much. It's very artistic. The hotel breakfast is also great. The environment outside the restaurant is also great. I recommend it.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff were very kind. The location was a little far away, but the surrounding area was quiet so I was able to stay comfortably.

The room is not small and clean. The pillows are comfortable to sleep on. It is quite comfortable to lie in the bathtub after a busy day. It would be nice to take a bath when you have time. The breakfast is Japanese breakfast, with various side dishes, suitable for Chinese stomachs

It was comfortable! There is also a 7-Eleven. There is also an IT concierge and helpers for patients, so you can feel safe.

We stayed here as a group of two. Despite checking in late at night, the staff were very kind and helpful, including showing us where the parking lot was. I had actually planned to go jogging in the park in front of the hotel early in the morning, but perhaps the futon was very comfortable and I ended up sleeping much longer than planned. With the price and facilities, there was nothing to complain about. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

It's only a 3 minute bus ride from the nearest station, There aren't many places to eat dinner unless you take the bus. The restaurant in the hotel has course meals that are expensive, so it would have been nice to have a restaurant within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the lounge, which you could use before checking in and out, was very sunny and hot, but it was a great service for business travelers.
