The parking is far away. Not a idea hotel for holiday

Good location, Clean and comfortable, Convenience store is located at 1st floor. You can ask at reception for Parking and pay at the reception desk.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are quite big. It is very clean and the service is very good. There is a convenient store at the ground floor of the hotel and there is a lounge which you can grab a coffee and relax or read a book. I came here on 7 April 2024, there is a Sakura tree right in front of the window of our room. It’s good to have a walk in park next to the hotel. It is full of Sakura. Be mindful that there is another Garden Hotel near by. There is no free car park at the hotell but you can pay 1000 yen to park your car nearby. When we arrived it was very late and the surrounding was very dark. The staff was very nice. He personally took us to the car park. There is a very big shopping centre near the area where you are go shopping and there are a lot of restaurants as well. We spent a very lovely time at the hotel!

I went to the National Research Center East Hospital so I chose this hotel. Check-in was smooth. There is a 711 on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is relatively large, clean and hygienic without any odor. The room facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, and there is a park next to it where you can go for a walk. I checked out at noon and handled the luggage storage. This is the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Chiba, and I will choose it again in the future! Recommend friends who come to play nearby to experience it...

This restaurant is next to Kashiwanoha Park - not the one next to Lalaport. Don't go wrong when you come. The hotel has many measures to cooperate with the cancer center of the hospital next to it. The side dishes are cut into easy-to-eat sizes and they are considerate of cancer patients everywhere. It is a very special experience. It's very dark at night. There are almost no shops and restaurants near Kashiwa No Ha Park. It is recommended to check in after eating.

The hotel staff were very kind and polite, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a Seven-Eleven nearby, so it was very convenient! It was great. I'd like to use it again.

The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful. There is a small library on the 2nd floor where you can read books and write something on the computer. There is a coin-operated laundry room on the 3rd floor. Overall, I am very satisfied!

Very comfortable, and this time I finally remembered to download the hotel app to save membership points 👍🏻Parking is also very convenient, behind the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, we loved it! 

The hotel is very clean, facing the stadium, very quiet, but there is no shopping nearby, it takes 20 minutes to walk, the hotel is far from the station, other environments are very satisfactory

The service was poor and there wasn't much parking, but other than that I'm satisfied!

The whole facility is new and clean. It's next to a quiet park, so you can get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of options and was delicious.

This was my first time staying at a hotel in this area. What surprised me was that the female staff were very businesslike, never smiled, and had the worst hospitality. It was a shame because the other Mitsui hotels were nice. I think the three-star hotel Route Inn was much more comfortable.
