It's clean, the staff are friendly, and it's nice. It's so pretty because you can see King's Cross at a glance. The view from the gym is especially great.

非常不錯，升級了房間，剛好對着大英圖書館，窗外的風景不錯。酒店的冷氣太足啦，早餐也不錯，餐廳的環境不錯，就是稍微擁擠了點！距離國王十字很近走路也就幾分鐘。非常滿意！！！

地理位置優越，可以在房間外小陽台看到埃菲爾鐵塔晚上的整點閃燈非常的亮眼，周邊都非常熱鬧，每天晚上都能玩到零點再回去

We stayed 7 nights in Pullman during our summer trip in UK. The room is spacious and the location is superb, with St. Pancras station and King’s Cross next door. Room is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast provides good variety and the dinner offered by the hotel restaurant is of great quality too. The chefs are equipped with skills to offer both British cuisine and curry cuisine with authentic taste. Very international. I will pick Pullman St. Pancras in my next visit to London.
