Lovely hotel in a great central location for everything wanted to do. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The choice for breakfast was excellent and we ate in the restaurant one evening and again, the food was lovely. Will definitely be staying here again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for travel, the service attitude is very good, the room is clean, comfortable and spacious. We arrived early and the luggage can be stored at the hotel front desk. Then we came back in the afternoon to get the card to check in after finishing things with the children. We stayed for three nights and had a very good experience. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby on the first floor, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. I like the fireplace in the bar on the first floor. It feels so happy to sit on the sofa by the fireplace! Give the hotel a five-star praise 👍👍👍👍👍

Very inhumane hotel. I wanted to adjust the check-in date because the exam date changed. I communicated with the hotel many times, but they ignored me. They said they have a spirit of contract. In the UK, talking about the spirit of contract is too hypocritical, because all the changes they make are delayed and not resolved.
