It is nearer to airport. Nearby subway to city. But overall value stay as the price is lower than others. 30 mins by uber/bolt to airport.

Lovely clean hotel with attentive staff. Our room wasn’t ready for when we checked in so the staff kindly gave us free drinks. Can’t complain will definitely go back!

Location is good as it is only few minutes walk to tube station, and a bus stop going to westfieds shopping centre. Shower room is small without any hanger or shelf for putting your own stuff. The shower room and toilet share a sliding door which is very tight to push and therefore ad you shower the water splash water to the bathroom. Plenty of sockets for charging but no plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is good value particularly for prebooked one.

I have stayed at the Plaza several times and always had an exceptional time. However, this stay was somewhat disappointing. The room allocated had a bad smell, on reporting this I was immediately relocated to a great alternative . The front desk staff member was amazing at his job, I regret not taking his name. However, the next day I tried to order breakfast with room service. The phone rang for at least 3mins then disconnected. I called the front desk who agreed to get room service to call me. No one.called, so we had no breakfast. On check out I did complain to the front desk staff, he apologised I won't let this incident stop me from using the hotel, however, it was bad room service that let the Plaza down on this occasion.

Not the best clean hotel and also had an issue with the shower leaking outside near the sink area.

I have used this hotel many times. It's clean and staff are attentive. Breakfast is always good. However, this time I had a few no no . There was no complimentary water in the room, coffee machine didn't work, but when I called staff came to fix it immediately. A socket was broken with the covering falling off. No lotion in the bottle .it was completely empty. I reported it all and they were very quick to say they would fix it. I would still go back though. Hopefully get a better service next time.

We had a fantastic one night stay here! The room was a great size, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also superb. We also added breakfast to stay and we were really impressed with this a great price for what you get definitely worth doing! we also very much enjoyed the standard 12pm check out, at least from our experiences most other places have an earlier check out making you feel rushed sometimes so this being slightly later is great. Overall had a wonderful stay here and would stay again without a second thought.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to find that my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking on the platform. There was no room available for me and my friend. It was already 1 AM, and after a long day of work, I was extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only guest encountering this issue. Fortunately, the manager managed to arrange a room for us at a sister hotel for the night. The biggest hassle was dragging our luggage around, and with an important meeting scheduled for the next day, we had no choice but to wait. We then went to the sister hotel nearby, exhausted. The compensation was a free taxi ride, but even that was problematic as the driver was not very familiar with the hotel's address, wasting more time. Eventually, after almost an hour and a half, we managed to check in. The next morning, we had to rush off early, feeling quite wronged, but I was too tired to complain further. Thankfully, the hotel manager remembered me, and the transition back to the original hotel the next day went smoothly. The whole trip ended on a positive note. However, I recommend that everyone should allow extra time and check in early to pick up the room keys, as I believe such issues will continue to occur. Good luck to all.
