The Brondesbury by Nestor - Exquisite Studio

We had a fantastic stay as a couple in August 2025. The reception staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The property is close to many (non-stop) grocery stores and within walking distance of the Underground. Exceptional value for money, especially in the middle of summer in London. Highly recommended!

We arrived from Jamaica and needed somewhere local to stay as our house was being refurbished, we knew it wouldn't be ready by the time we returned from holiday and we found the most idyllic place only 5 mins away.

I truly loved it: it has plenty of storage space (closets), a multitude of amenities such as an oven, a large refrigerator, shower soaps, and excellent towels and bedding. We were pleasantly surprised by its modern design and the common areas. The area is 10 minutes from the subway station, which allows you to travel to the city center in 20 minutes, or transfer to practically any area of ​​London. Perfect cleanliness, wonderful communication, and the day after I moved in, they sent me an email letting me know if we needed anything additional, such as a mid-stay cleaning, that I could simply ask. The receptionists' service was simply excellent. A 10/10.

I came, I saw and I conquered. From beginning to end my stay was wonderful. I wished I had a little more time. One quick tip, the 98 bus can take you straight into Central London.

Interesting Experience I recently stayed at The Brondesbury near a month. Positive side - Offers some excellent free amenities - Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus - Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven. Negative side - The availability of free or paid latte seemed inconsistent, with milk frequently being out of stock throughout the day. - Internet situation was particularly frustrating. The Wi-Fi password apparently changed without any notification frustrated me few days, and it took multiple attempts to get the new password (through email), and contradictory information from CS (WhatsApp- told me without changing the password). - The internet connection was unreliable, frequently dropping out for extended periods (10min to 2hr or whole night), which significantly impacted my ability to attend online meetings/WFH. - No-internet TV was also useless =D. - Requesting necessities/cleaning was inconvenient, had to be made via WhatsApp. Toilet paper took +1day and Shampoo refill +2days. But gave shower gel and hand wash, needing further follow-up again. ** Nestor has confirmed due to their internet security issue where personal information was compromised and accessed by a scam party and they have tried to contact me multiple times.
