20 or so small flies greeted me to the damp basement room. Strong smell of mould. Would be concerned about health implications if staying for more than one night. Avoid the basement rooms, higher floors may not have same issue. Will not stay here again.

Nick and his wife are the ones who make this place special. They are so caring and passionate that you really feel at home.
The accommodation is fine. It has everything that you need for your stay.
Even preferring to have my private bathroom I didn't notice any difference at this time when I stayed in a communal one. It was always spotless clean.

Really glad I found this hostel! It’s the first time I tried out capsule hostel, won’t be the last I guarantee! It’s close to brick lane, easy for me to walk to the bigger station. And it make me feel safe! The host is mostly helpful and gracious. Definitely recommend to any solo traveller and backpacker, best price and reasonable price for a resting place. The capsule has multiple of set up as well, so you can change the lighting inside as well, feel like I’m space station Love it!

St Christopher Hotel in London at Liverpool Station is an excellent hotel on many levels. Their location is extremely convenient. However, it is their service that sets them apart. I checked in early as I had a business meeting and had just arrived on my flight. They accomodated me with an excellent room - no problem. When I arrived back in my room later that evening, I had a very warm welcome note along with several bottles of excellent IPA awaiting me. Every interaction with the staff was delightful throughout my stay. Defintely will be staying here again. Excellent service, lovelly room and friendly staff. Check in was quick and an upgrade to a King Room with an outside view, both my wife and i cant complain. We did have some issues with the power tripping off in the room due to a leaky iron but we was made to feel top priority and all was quickly sorted. Free mini-bar, 50'' telly, lovelly large shower. cant complain all very good and would definately stay there again, I would certainly recommend the Andaz...any issues I had were addressed quickly by the front desk staff. And the mini-bar in the room is complimentary, which means I was able to have a convenient source of drinking water (my main travel-worry) during my whole stay! There are several restaurants on site and several in the immediate area. Perfect for business travel, Great place in a great location for Liverpool Street. The Lobby Bar is fantastic, reminds me of a top end private bar in 1st Class on a 747 or the Orient Express. Very intimate and / or social however you want to roll, sitting either side of the bar. Great selection of drinks at good prices. The ambience is very warm and inviting, from the moment you walk in with the Doormen / Concierges.
Top marks must to Fernando who works in the Lobby Bar. Very engaging, professional and makes amazing cocktails. Keeps his bar spotless clean and is a very interesting character. Delivers the experience.
Been twice in a month and will definitely return - recommended

The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore central London. Situated right next to the East London Mosque, it’s incredibly convenient for those who wish to attend prayers.
Additionally, there are numerous Halal food options nearby, offering a variety of delicious cuisines. This made dining out very convenient and enjoyable. The hotel is also well-connected to public transportation, with several underground stations less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to travel around the city.
I arrived at the hotel earlier than the usual check-in time on Friday noon, and the staff were very accommodating. They securely stored my luggage and informed me that my room would be ready after 2 PM.
The room itself was comfortable. It provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also satisfactory, providing a good start to the day with a decent selection of food.
The combination of a convenient location and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable experience.

There was a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Many hotels have kettles, but microwaves are very rare. It's very convenient. There is no elevator, but the staff carried my large luggage to the room. All the staff were kind. However, there was no staff at the time of check-in, so I had to wait outside for about 40 minutes.

It is the middle choice for a trip to London. Because the reservation was too late, there were not many hotels left. It's only a 30-minute walk from Tower Bridge, and the price is attractive and the score is high. I chose. As a result, everything is good, except for a little problem in heating, which is very ok.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Limehouse and had a fairly decent experience overall. The location is alright—convenient enough for getting around, though not the most central. The price was reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included, and I appreciated the variety of options available in the morning.
One of the highlights was the view, which was quite nice. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which have to get in through the back door. The biggest downside was the temperature—it was very cold, and there wasn’t much heating, which made the stay less comfortable than I would have liked. That said, I was placed on an upper floor where the windows were not fully covered, which I actually really appreciated as it allowed me to enjoy the view even more.
Overall, it’s a decent choice for the price, would recommend it.

Outstanding
MMaha AlshihaOur stay here was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, had wide windows with a beautiful view from two sides with blinders that we can close at night.. the service was great, the food was good as well and the Thai restaurant at floor 1 was delicious! I love everything here and I would definitely visit again
AAndy NooGreat location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
IIanOur normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.
Ttravelling loverconvenient location with walking distance to Shepherd Bush’s Mash station and Big shopping mall Westfield.
Impressive lobby deco and good reception service. However, it should be great if there is cleaner carpet and freezer facility in the room. The phone was not working to connect room service team and I had to visit the reception in person for service request .
TTan24The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.
GGuest UserHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.
AAnonymous UserRoom & bathroom are tiny.. just nice for the bed, not much space left for the luggage..
location is great, near Paddington station walking distance to Hyde park.
CCHEE ZHI YANGWe stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.

(I paid too much for 3nights so I was expecting a good place to relax after 27hours of travelling with a toddler).
