I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory conditions of my room during my recent stay at your hotel from 16/06/2024 to 17/06/2024, Room NO.204. Upon checking into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find the following issues: 1. The room was not clean, which was evident from the moment I entered. 2. The towel provided was torn, which is unacceptable for any hotel standard. 3. There were stains on the bed sheets, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. 4. The geyser in the bathroom was not working, making it impossible to have a warm shower. 5.There is a foul smell in the room and in the bathroom My children went swimming in the morning, They were very cold then we came to the room but there was no hot water facility in the place, These issues significantly affected the quality of my stay and did not meet the standards I expected from your hotel. I trust you understand the importance of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and functionality in your hotel rooms. I request an immediate resolution to these issues. Additionally, I believe a partial or full refund of my booking amount would be appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The most terrible hotel i have been to. I booked it for 2 nights but chkd out after 1 night itself, my room had cockroches roaming freely, the bedsheet was torn and dirty, room had patch work done that too with white cement, the ac of the room was leaking water inside the room, no co ordination by staff, they didnt even inform us the kitchen will be shut by 9. 30 pm.

My stay experiance in HOTEL REVENIIR is good. Hotel staff is so polite and service is also very good. We dont like food quality, it is average. Rooms are so specious, neat and clean. Facility in room like tea kettle, ac, tv, etc. are so nice too. Thanks to MAKE MY TRIP for making our holiday enjoyable.. 🙏🏿

3rd class facility, worst experience, no toiletries in the room, charged for 3 adult but provided a mattress to sleep on ground, terrible breakfast, check out experience pathetic.

The stay was very comfortable and room service was also quick and the staff was very very polite and my wife was not feeling well even they have got medicine from outside for her thanks to mr. Yogesh and his staff for the great support so we have extended our stay also.
