This is my second time stay at the resort. This time with the kids. The spacious room was elegantly decorated with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. We spent my days lounging by the pool, taking leisurely strolls around the resort's beautifully manicured gardens, and indulging in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every need was met. The house keeping staff were very good and helpful too. The outdoor and indoor activities kept the kids busy. My stay at the resort was a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and natural beauty.

Excellent ambiance and co-operative staff. Breakfast very tasty and healthy.nice place to stay in lonavala clean place and staff is nice and cooperative and good clean floor and best is nice nearby environment and room size is quite large

The stay was amazing. Food quality is simply great. This should be rated as 5 star. Staff is so down to earth. All facilities are well maintained specially swimming pool. I have been to Lonavla before but missed this gem. I would love to come here again and again.

It was a quite good experience staying at The Lagoona, Rooms were spacious and clean Pool and Garden area is the best part of the resort Breakfast menu could have been a little more, otherwise it was good. Overall it was a good and peaceful stay ..

This property is mind boggling. We really wish them good luck. They are no 1 in hospitality industry. I will marketise u since u deserve. There is a smile on my mother and child face what more I need. Swimming pool water was clear blue. Food quality is appreciate. Quality of room is no 1 with neat and clean toilet What more a traveller need tell me.

The experience was quite amazing, especially the neat swimming pool! And indoor games are fun too. Highlight of the place is its cuisine! Kudos to the chef and his/her team. Adding on a great staff and great experience of the place, it's worth another visit.
