We stayed in this hotel from 25th to 27th May 2025.Swimming Pool & Lift was not available. Service was too poor. Some staff members behavior are rough. Breakfast & Dinner was not good. No facility for driver.

Hotel was good, Rooms were also good but disappointed with room service and food. They neither cleaned the room nor changed the bedsheets and towel on next day. food was expensive with average taste

hotel room good but bathroom are very compact.
while booking on make makemytrip the photograph shown was with swim pool, when I reached to hotel there was no pool. blindly trust on makemytrip without much getting information on Google.
but the hotel locatio is good , close market .

The front desk staff especially Ms. aagna ( or similar) kills the effort of F&B. F&B is the only scoring point of this hotel. Rooms are not maintained Stains everywhere despite repeat cleaning Pan / pan masala spat in wash basins and not cleaned by housekeeping WC flush gets stuck and water flows out of WC I don’t know the justification of the hotel’s charges and unapologetic attitude of the staff especially front office staff No lift Mosquitoes in restaurant Stay at your own risk

Our experience at Citrus Lonavala was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The spa service was excellent – very professional and rejuvenating, just what we needed during our stay. We also received a warm and friendly welcome from the front office team, including the bellboy, which made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the ladies at the restaurant for their kind service and attention to detail – they really enhanced our dining experience. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality. We'll definitely be returning!
