I had a wonderful stay at kumar resort. The room was tidy and the access to waterpark was also provided, it was a fun stay.

location, food & good cleanliness. However cab driver suggested by hotel receiption for site seeing was unprofessionnal & worst.

"the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient specially mr atul rawat and sameet agarwal”. The house-keeping staffs are also really good and i liked the service provided, the restaurant staff were very attentive and provided excellent food recommendations. The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. "thank you for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable"

The overall stay was okay or average in kumar resort. Some renovation work was going on at the time of our stay during end of may24. Rooms were avg. It was clean but overall room ambience was not so attractive. We requested for higher floor & water park side view, but it was not allotted to us. Food - breakfast was limited items but was good. Water park with few rides & rain dance set-up was good & enjoyable.

Any Resort or Hotels Heart is their Food Menu,
Unfortunately for Kumar Resort it's Below Average which effects their Overall Ratings,
Compared to Their Resort Room Charges of 8k Per Night Without Taxes, Breakfast Spread is Pathetic and Service is also Pathetic
They Dont have Tea n Coffee Cup ( Served in Paper Cup )
they Dont have Toaster for Bread ( Directly Said No )
only 4 Items for Breakfast
don't Have Juices
don't have Fruit Platter
main attraction of Kumar Resort ( Their Pool or so Called Rides - water is just like a Local lake - very sorry to say but it was very Dirty )
so I would not suggest anyone who is looking for a leisure trip or hard earned money to spend on Kumar Resort
only Gold Thing - It's in the Center of the City.

I have been earlier also at kumar resort but this time i saw changed in room quality. It has improved a lot. Staff had clear intention of customer experience and satisfaction.
