Review of Upper Deck Lonavala: Disappointing Experience
I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at Upper Deck Lonavala. The stay was far from what was promised or expected. The rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort — a huge letdown considering the premium price charged.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of Wi-Fi, which was neither communicated in advance nor addressed during the stay. In today’s time, such a basic facility being unavailable is unacceptable, especially at this price point.
The cost charged for the rooms is simply unjustifiable. The overall quality of service, amenities, and room standards did not match the rate being asked. It felt like we were overcharged & should be refunded for substandard facilities and a poorly maintained room & property.
I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.

Overall resort is good, I liked few things about resorts is Service, View from resort. Few things that can improve is food - there are lot of food options but still need to improve food taste. Rooms- rooms are old fashioned rooms, so you won’t feel fresh in the room but rooms are spacious. Overall great experience at Upper deck.

Easter lunch buffet Excellent food and service. We had a great warm and refreshing afternoon. Visvaraj gave us great cate and so did Henna who took ourbooking and answered all our queries. Thanks again and all the best to the entire team. Happy Easter.

Food was really good. great variety. Clean and Hygiene Rooms & Swimming pool & Play area . Staff was polite and obedient . Best View in Lonavala . Network works only at Reception & Dining except Vodafone . In return , You have to book local taxi which is costly . Overall , Must Visit & Great Experience.

The resort was beautiful and set up in a serene atmosphere. It might look more beautiful in Monsoon but it was really pleasant, cool and windy in summer. The food is decent and the options are also good. Overall it's a really good stay in Lonavala with amazing views and greenery around it

My recent stay at this hotel was below expectations. Key issues included:
- Unclean Washrooms: Dirty and poorly maintained.
- Broken Wash Basin: Not functional.
- Water Leakages: Noticeable and concerning.
- Room Expectations: Given the price, rooms with a view were expected, but not provided.
- Room Service: Unavailable, which was disappointing.
- Swimming Pool: Closed at 6 PM, limiting its use.
- Food: Overpriced compared to quality and portion sizes.
- Road Conditions: The road leading to the hotel was in poor shape, making late-evening travel with family feel unsafe due to lack of lighting and uneven surfaces.
Suggestions for Improvement:
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain rooms and washrooms.
- Room Service: Consider extending room service hours or offering alternative options.
- Swimming Pool: Extend pool hours to accommodate guests' schedules.

Only one thing is good is there staff and there behaviours. They are very polite.

Roada towards the resorts ware a bit rough, but overall location is awesome. Property is also big and wonderful. Foood quality is also good. Pricing is a bit premium but really worth it as ita one of the topmost point in lonavala.
