Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

The room was smelling damp and when asked for changing room, they just sprayed room freshner. The bathrooms were old, unclean and stinking. The exhaust wasn't working. The ACs were dripping water in game zone and rooms. The only good part is the pool and water sports area.

Had a great trip to Lonavala where we happened to stay in Picaddle resort. One thing about the resort is it's neat & clean. May it be rooms or garden surroundings. It has SVEDA Spa which happens to be amazing with skilled staff & manager was on his toes to explain things. Rooms were spacious & well arranged with courteous housekeeping staff. It has 24 hours room service with good food.

Had a great stay in meritas picaddle hotel. It had a spacious out door sitting area neatly maintained. Had a great time in pool *****. Took massage in sveda spa which was rejuvenating. Rooms were neat & clean. Want to mention one housekeeping staff surendra who took care of our needs during our stay.

The hotel is all about having peaceful & leisure family time. Me ***** with kids enjoyed a lot. Mini water water park & play area ***** with game zone was a treat for kids. Rooms were cozy neat & well maintained. It has 3 dining facilities ***** with sveda spa which is icing on the cake. Housekeeping staff was very polite & attentive at all given point of time. Mr Deepu was very helpful & helped us know about other Meritas property which we can explore later in lonavala itself.

Piccadle resort is a very nice place to stay in Lonavala. The resort is neat and clean with good supportive staff. The resort is having a small water park inside in addition to the swimming pool. Over all its a nice place for family to stay. The market is very close which makes more convenient for the guest. Overall I am very happy. Had a nice and super weekend in Lonavala. Thank you Team Piccadle.

Overall all experience was awesome, Staff were very cooperative and polite. it is good place of you want piece out of busy life.Perfect place for family and friends. Location of hotel is prime, Food quality was good, water park is very good. This is best out of all 5 PROPERTIES.

Great place for the entire family! the staff and the service was very good kids friendly activities Jacuzzi water park and the amazing lavish breakfast everything was just perfect will surely visit again If its Lonavala..then it has to be Picaddle
