"Overall the stay here was lovely. It’s a lovely resort with two pools, restaurants, activities and on the beach front. It’s the kind of place you come to stay in the resort. The location isn’t great as there’s only two or three local restaurants within walking distance and if not you have to eat in a hotel. Everything was well maintained. When we were there there was very heavy rainfall in the evening and the roof to the room did leak. Not anywhere that bothered us but would need to be fixed. Also the cleaner came and left our door open - hopefully just a one off occurrence."

What was bad is that I arrived at 13:40, completed check-in, but they insisted I wait until 14:00 to get the room. That's too rigid."

"Cute little hotel. There was some renovation going on nearby during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient but not overly bothersome. The buffet breakfast was quite good! The staff were friendly and responsive! The rooms were decent, and the linens were clean! There are markets and a bazaar nearby, everything is close by. They used to have a partnership with Mandalika Beach Club that offered a 50% discount at the club's restaurant and free entry. That's gone now, but you can still get into the beach club for free by just registering on site."

Concerning the management, we did not at all appreciate the fact that it makes money on the backs of its customers. The snacks and drinks provided were delicious. Sleeping in on holiday might be difficult with the multiple mosques and calls to prayer with a few hundred metres. However, the hotel does provide earplugs for those who may not wish to pray."
