Great location, clean room and just next to mutiple groceries and restaurants. Special call out to the bubbly friendly receptionist Rani that make all the difference between a good hotel and an outstanding one.

Location was perfect - quiet at the beach front, and 10 mins walk from the main streets. The free Xeno Fit membership was great too. Room however, was infested with ants, air-con barely worked(even with a ceiling fan it was too hot), and wi-fi was so slow that I had to use my mobile data the whole time.

The Confidential is quite basic, but offers all the amenities that one might require, except breakfast which for me was disappointing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent being over the from Mandalika beach and a short walk to the main drag. I would certainly recommend The Confidential as a good place to stay, I only wish that it had breakfast.

Hotel is strategically located in front of the beach, 2 convenience stores next door and walkable distance to the town. Spectacular service by all of the crew especially Ms Rani who shared her insights and recommendations to places around Kuta and Lombok generally. Hotel is able to arrange for private transport and scooter rental which made it all so much convenient. Kuta is a really nice town to explore with amazing attractions around. 

Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful place to stay. Well situated. Stylish pool. Only thing to note - no breakfast is offered so you have to leave to find breakfasts. Great place though.

I absolutely recommend this place. When we arrived we had a misunderstanding with the room reservation, but they quickly found a solution for us. Very friendly staff and great rooms :)

Excellent location. Very close to the beach. The pool is really nice and relaxing. Close to all the shops. Staff is really helpful and helped us with booking a scooter and doing laundry. Definitely recommend staying here!

Really lovely staff - went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and arranged a taxi transfer and laundry for us. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed! It was 100m from the beach and a very easy walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!

Located right on the beach, very friendly staff, room super clean.

The hotel is on the first coastline. The beach is sand, you sink ankle-deep. The hotel is small, the area is clean, green. The rooms - the door to the bathroom, for some reason, the daughter in the next room thought that we were moving the furniture when we opened the door. Water in the cooler. There was coffee in one of the two rooms upon check-in. Laundry is nearby. Shop, right when you leave the hotel.

I recommend it to everyone! It's a 2-minute walk from the sea, 10-15 minutes from the center, there are cafes around. The exchange office is very close, the rate is normal. There is a cooler with hot, cold, warm water at the reception 24 hours a day. There are refrigerators for storing food. You can also rent scooters and order a taxi to the airport here. I really liked it, it's excellent.
