The customer service was amazing. There were no delays experienced. Just a suggestion on the starter's meal menu, would be awesome to include chicken corn soup. Otherwise, my family and I enjoyed kayak around the island. The experience was great.

Dear Alex, I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to you and your amazing team for the kind invitation to the hotel for Ian and myself and our wives Lisa and Farida. It was a real pleasure to experience the warm hospitality and sample the incredible food from the new menu. Everything—from the service to the setting—was outstanding, and the dishes were both creative and delicious. Rooms have amazing views over the ocean, staff are incredibly since, the food is good and non-alcoholic drinks great. Our primary purpose for the stay was relax and diving, and it did not disappoint. Superb diving, including one day in which we were the only two on the boat and we have the sites to ourselves. It's very nice that it is possible to walk around the island. The only negative point during our stay were two groups of australian/new zealand military personnel that stayed for two days, getting drunk from morning to night, being loud and showing little respect to other guests. But overall, highly recommend and we hope to be back soon!
