The location is close to the airport which is convenient if you have an early flight to catch. OK car rental is at the same location. The reason we stayed at this hotel was because we had a rental car to return and early flight to catch. The breakfast was included. It worked out perfect!

The location is remote, suitable for self-driving, the facilities are old, and the service staff is enthusiastic. The room is clean and close to the highway. It is relatively quiet. Although the breakfast is not rich, it is acceptable.

The service needs to be improved. The shuttle bus to the airport was changed without notice and the attitude was not very good.

Very clean and easy to reach from Bilbao airport. It can be reached in 20 minutes by walking, 3 minutes by taxi or Uber. There is also a shuttle option. Also, the breakfasts are local and delicious.

We had rooms with double beds and they gave us rooms with separate beds, they didn't give me any solution.

Very close to Bilbao Airport, the shuttle bus is basically within 10 minutes. It would be perfect if the last bus could catch up with the last arriving flight! Highly recommended! !

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is close to the airport and is suitable for business trips and transit. There is a car rental company next to the hotel with a reasonable price. It is easy to rent a car to visit various places in the city when traveling on business trips and visiting clients!

Cold cuts: chorizo, cheese, ham, Hot: boiled and scrambled eggs/bacon/sausages, Coffee and juice machine, various milks Various cereals and yogurt Pastries: croissants, napolitanas, bread rolls and bimbo Jam/butter/Nutella Breakfast hours from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Spacious room with window, double bed with pillows of different thicknesses, full bathroom with bathtub and a small sofa that was made into a bed If we happen to have another flight with schedules like this, we will definitely come back!
