The only thing is good location. We stay there 4 days nobody came to clean room. Very small room beds are not comfortable at all.

Great stay at a reasonablu priced hotel. Food variety was not great though. But probably ok for most other patrons as majority are here for religious reasons rather than their tummies.

The hotel is well located, right next to the mosque. However, it was crowded when I was there and the service and welcome were not great.

The hotel is good... the bathroom is clean, the staff is friendly. Close to the Nabawi Mosque. The check-in process was fast, I happened to arrive at the hotel at 10pm so it was quiet

Extremely unprofessional staff! Booked in October 24 and requested early check in WHICH WAS CONFIRMED! Upon arriving, the room wasn't ready. I asked if I could leave my luggage in a store and was told I can leave it anywhere in the lobby. Went to pray and have lunch, even after returning, not ready. Eventually after hours, got a room with no amenities. One towel, no teas and coffees, empty shower bottles in the bathroom, half used toilet roll! When I asked a housekeeper in the passage for amenities, he refused and said I must phone 1500 for HK!?
