The location is very convenient to go around the city.

The guy at the front desk was very considerate, patient, and attentive, but some were just soso... The basic service and courtesy were there, and it would be much better if you tipped, including the mineral water in the room 😇 (maybe not if you don't tip), the location was also OK, there were a lot of black people outside, but they were not offensive or harassing. As an Asian, I had no pressure to wander around 😃 Overall, it was OK. The human touch and service were better than in China.

The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you step out, you can reach the MRT station, bus station, tram, a supermarket and various restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The front desk service is also good~

The hotel is a bit old and overall good. There are many black people selling cigarettes at the door. You need to pay attention to safety when entering and leaving.

Good location even though it is outside the center. The car is in the closed parking garage and the metro stop is literally on the doorstep. However, we had the idea that the maintenance could be a little better, you could see from the ceiling that it had leaked, at night the air conditioning appeared to be leaking heavily and that was probably not the first time. The next day we got a new room.

I put few stars because I was disappointed not to be able to cancel my reservation (I took without cancellation) while the hotel informed me that if the demonstrations continue they agree to reimburse me. Therefore, I find it unfortunate that they were not honest with me even though I am aware that I had taken the reservation without cancellation.

The hotel in the Paris suburb of St Denis area is a bit complicated because there are many people selling illegal cigarettes at the Metro gates. But in return, the room is quite spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious with many options. Traveling by Metro is not very far. For the money I spent, I feel quite satisfied. As for security, it's not a big problem. Because of the complex Paris principle, we have to be even more careful about stealing. Paris also rarely has violent attacks, so that's somewhat reassuring. Basically, you get what you pay for.
