Sparse breakfast
I have stayed at this location many years. The quality of the breakfast was much worse that prior visits. The orange juice is now just Sunny Delight, no sausage or bacon, only Fruit Loops and Rice Krispes, no oatmeal, only sliced bread--no begals or pastry.

I enjoyed my stay as I was there for a family wedding. The breakfast was really good, and I now only stay at places with breakfast. The bed was really comfortable! Would stay again!

The property was outdated and dirty. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, so I requested a different room. The TV didn’t work in the new room they gave me.

Check in was fast and easy with a very polite front desk person. They were helpful when I called to make sure I was on the ground floor due to a knee injury and super accomodating. The hotel was clean and coffee good.

I was pleasantly surprised, Not sure of what to expect. This motel was clean, smelled nice when we walked in the door. Swimming pool was nice, I would stay again knowing how clean everything was.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Claim that it is close to the University is not true. The hotel is run down and dated. Breakfast is horrendous. The "orange juice" was some kind of Tang like punch with very limited options (no fresh oatmeal, only two cereals, no hard boiled eggs, fruit bowl was filled with mushy old apples, and on on on). We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Last day of stay we found what looked like a full size BED BUG crawling on one of the beds. We captured it in a cup. Confirmed online that it actually looked like a bed bug and brought it to the front desk a so they could take immediate action. After we had been on the road for about 15 minutes, they called us claiming that pest control just happened to be there and said it was a flea not a bed bug. Pest control was not there when we left. It is very unlikely they were there within 15 minutes of our departure. Also, the claim it was a flea was untrue. We have a picture of it and it is definitely a bed bug and too large to be a flea. Besides BOTH bed bugs and fleas are gross and unsanitary. (btw, we did not have an animal with us in the room). Woman who called said they might give us a room credit. She said she would call back. She never did. When we got home we had to go through all of our luggage, clothes and shoes to clean and sanitize them. We called the hotel again the next day. The man who answered was very rude. He claimed pest control had come to the room and did not find any bed bugs. I asked if they had showed pest control the bug we brought them in the cup. He refused to answer and kept repeating that pest control hadn't found anything in the room. I asked about a credit. He refused and was very rude. He claimed he would have the manager call me but it has been several days now and no one has called.

It was not close to the university, but that did not matter to us. Near enough, although reaching the north part of town required swimming through a river of heavy traffic. Probably much lighter on a non Labor Day weekend. It is near lots of restaurants.
