Very disappointing experience. Bathroom was not cleaned, feces in the toilet. Maintenance and cleaning crews were gone for the day, so we had to get cleaning supplies and clean for ourselves. Staff provided GM's email, no response from her. I reached out via phone and she said she would get back to me. No response. I called again and was told that she was on the other line and would call me. Again, no response. Very disappointed in the lack of response, and the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Close to what we intended come to Logan to do. Enjoyed our stay and allowed our little fur baby to tag along.

Okay but need to improve in bathrooms
Customer service was great! Breakfast was delicious but the restrooms are old, they need to remodel the restrooms, we got switched rooms because one curtain was bad, there is no good extractors in the bathroom, they have a light instead and the walls were missing some paint.

However, the rest of the amenities were in good condition.

My August trip.
The Days Inn was exactly what I hoped for. I was only surprised by holes that had been patched and not painted over and on the bathroom door. But I guess I understand why you take that hundred dollar deposit now because I didn’t realize people did that to their hotel rooms. That was kind of shocking. But anyway the hotel stay itself was amazing.
