Just the cutest place! We were greeted at the door as soon as we arrived. Parking was just outside the door. Our host showed us to our room, super cute and Key West vibe was all around. Our room was very clean and nice. We had a problem with our tv but they kindly switched the whole tv out for us! I would suggest a room upstairs if people walking bothers you , I just turned the provided noise machine up and problem solved! Make sure and grab a cup of coffee it was delicious

Amazing hotel. Very clean in the best location. Walking distance to winery, brewery, and moonshine distillery. Nice complimentary breakfast and cookies in the afternoon!! Great friendly staff! So glad this is the place we settled on for our Hocking Hills getaway!!

This was such a cute hotel! I loved the theme and the decor. All the staff were really nice. The breakfast was great as well. If I’m ever in the area I’ll stay there again.

Couldn't have asked for a more friendly and accommodating staff--they even walked us to our room and explained the amenities. And the "tropical" environment they created feels like an escape as soon as you walk in the door. Small, personal, clean and kind. My daughter and I had a wonderful getaway!

I have never been walked to my room and given a brief info tour at any hotel, including 5 star. It was wonderful! Room was clean and cared for. A/C worked ( there was a heatwave outside) Saltwater pool was the best!

The last night we stayed there Someone checked in above us with children. They stomped around all night long. I finally we and ask the lady at the front desk if she could call there room and ask them to settle down. Everything else was fine though.

The lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Felt like you were on a vacation far away when you entered the hotel. So special.
Room was spacious and loved the louvered windows and it was the quietest a/c we ever experienced in a hotel.
The only thing the room didn't have was a microwave.
We also enjoyed the wonderful full breakfast with eggs and sausage.
Just a great stay, very restful. Visiting from N.C.

The hotel itself has a great Key West theme but because it’s pet friendly there were quite a few dogs. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t clean our room between days. Stayed on first floor, lots of noise upstairs..
