The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was convenient, and overall, it was a good value for money accommodation.

Largely what you used to expect from a Hampton Inn, no issues, albeit my wife thought the kitchen area could be cleaner. A comfortable sleep with an ok breakfast. What made this hotel is its location to numerous wineries/tasting rooms , at least one you can walk to and quite a few a short drive or an energetic walk away

I am formally expressing dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred on the evening of May 1, 2025, involving my employee’s attempted check-in at this property. Despite having a confirmed reservation and secured payment via a completed application and authorization form, my employee was denied check-in at approximately 8:00 PM due to a minor typographical error in the spelling of his first name—specifically, the addition of an unnecessary “S.” The staff member, Tina, refused to process the check-in unless the name was corrected, threatening cancellation and instructing him to leave the premises. This interaction occurred after a five-hour drive, making the situation all the more stressful and unacceptable. Tina’s conduct was unnecessarily harsh, confrontational, and unprofessional. Rather than working collaboratively to resolve a simple clerical issue, her tone and behavior escalated the problem. After 40 minutes and the submission of a second authorization form correcting the minor error, she finally permitted the check-in, offering no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I have respectfully requested the matter be reviewed internally. Such treatment over a minor discrepancy is not reflective of the level of professionalism and hospitality expected in the lodging industry. Greg Consolidated Compliance

Our room was very dated wall paper peeling off the wall and trash found on the floor upon entry. Staff gave us another room which was adequate but closet door was broken and fixtures etc were dated and run down.
Was also approached in the parking lot by a homeless person who was fairly aggressive.

The carpet in my room was stained. It smelled awful in it. When I was trying to check in the lady that was at the front desk was flirting with the guy in front of me and continued to talk to him as I was standing there. Super unprofessional. It’s kinda dark in the parking lot. I’ve never been to a hotel that shares a parking lot with other businesses. Super unsafe. It was super noisy until late at night. Also the bedding was really itchy. Overall a really horrible experience.
