We've stayed here many times and always had a good experience. The room was clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. There were several choices at breakfast. The desk clerk was very helpful. We will stay here again.

The I~5 Best Western in Lodi CA is one of the better Best Westerns we have stayed at. Large rooms with large bathrooms. No straddling the toilet just to close the door. Easy on and easy off the freeway location with underground parking available. AC was great, kept the room cool on hot California days. Quite location, but you might hear occasional big rigs or emergency vehicles. Average breakfast provided.

Room was dirty. The floor had not been swept/mopped. The mattress was sunken in the middle. Everything was dusty. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were friendly and competent, the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Our toilet did not flush and we had to be moved to a second room. No plugs for cell phone. Old property without modern conveniences. Refrigerator was not plugged in so it was not cold when we got there.

Feces in the toilets urine on the bed and some other substance on the other bed was in the room 5 minutes and they would not refund me

So smooth and the lady on the front desk was so kind and friendly to my kids..the beds were so comfortable that we decided to miss the breakfast..we definitely go back when visiting our friends in the area

Easy access off frwy
Good location right off frwy. Lots of food options nearby. Had a bell cart that was very handy. Great breakfast included. Great lighting in the parking lot.

The hotel is actually located in Flag City, a truck stop that is exceptionally active at night (loud environment). I had trouble sleeping because I felt incredibly itchy not long after lying down in the bed (???). There are dark spots on the ceiling of the unventilated bathroom (mold?). The bedding was light, and the room temperature was difficult to regulate. The prints on the walls are more appropriate for a mortuary than a hotel room. Water pressure was decent, but the body wash dispenser did not work. The included breakfast offered a wide selection. The reception attendant was friendly and helpful.
