A drive up motel that was well kept but slightly outdated. Very much worth the price and super convenient for access to the Erie Canal trail. The pool was also very nice.

We arrived a little bit early and our host was happy to check us in and offered us a room by the pool on a beautiful day. He also provided us with information on activities we could do in the area while we were visiting which was really helpful. The inn is well cared for and kept beautifully. The location was perfect for our needs.

Had a great stay. Hotel was older but very clean and comfortable. The grounds were well maintained. Office was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable and linens were clean. Only thing missing was breakfast but coffee was available in the office every morning. The only negative I can add is that the WIFI was very weak and not working well at least in our room. Needs to be updated. Can see that it would be a good place for cyclists biking the Erie Canal. Storage available for bikes.

What a great hidden gem!!! I was there for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier! A bit of a 70’s throwback vibe, but super clean and accommodating. A family run operation with absolutely amazing service! The grounds were colorful with all the beautiful flowers and plenty of space to take a walk or just move around. You can clearly see the family loves this place and makes you feel so welcome. I Will return

As others have said, style a bit dated but clean, well maintained rooms. Outside areas a bit more worn. Room has everything one needs: firm bed, nice linens, plenty of towels, WiFi, TV, coffee pot, mic, fridge. We spent one night while biking sections of canal. This inn is less than 1/2 mile from the trail making it convenient for anyone traveling solely by bike. We would stay again.

The Lockport Inn & Suites felt like a time warp: the kind of place we used to overnight in on family road trips when I was a kid in the 1960s ... tiny room, shiny polyester bedspreads, carpet that looked as if it had been laid in, well, the 1960s. But our room was quiet, the bathroom was clean, the mattresses were decent, and the front desk staff was exceptionally nice. And the price was nice, too. Don't hesitate, but don't expect 21st century chain hotel surroundings either.

Lockport Inn and Suites is a great place. We’ve stopped here several times during bike rides on the Erie Canal trail and are always welcomed by the friendly staff with a clean room, great AC, comfortable bed, and excellent shower. They even have a locked shed for your bike, and tools and stuff to clean it!
