"Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. I stayed here four nights. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to Andorra, there's plenty of other hotels in the area... where you actually get a modern room and kind staff."

"We stayed at the Hotel Pradet for 2 nights during a walk across Andorra. The good stuff - the friendly receptionist during the afternoon/evening, who was also the bar-lady, the view from the bar terrace, the breakfast (including gluten free options if you ask) and the dinners. The bathroom in our room seemed to have been recently modernised, which was nice. Having a bar in the hotel was also useful for somewhere to go and do, as there's nothing much else! The less good stuff: - there's nothing to do in El Serrat or the hotel! The website suggests there's a games room and billiards in the bar - there isn't, which was a disappointment. - the website suggests 'delicious grilled meat, Andorran typical gastronomy and other foods from the Pyrenees' but that is misleading. The food was fine, tasty and sufficient, but the description is totally over-selling. - other than the bathroom, the room and general hotel décor and style was dated and needs to be brought into the 2020s. So, overall, it was ok and probably hits the price point."

"Very disappointed with this Hotel, thinking of a 4 star hotel would have and I got only small towels, no complimentary water in the room, no kettle (teas or coffee), Spa not included in the hotel price, no room service or hotel restaurant menu for dinner and the bar opens at 5pm… It felt I stayed in 1 star hotel for these days… I will not be back again"

"The hotel is really well equipped with SPA, bowling, gym, etc… The room was spacious and clean. The only issue was the internet at the room 4307. Some of my Teams meetings I had that morning needed to be rescheduled as the WiFi was so sluggish. Other than that, it’s a great place!"

"This hotel is perfect for your Pal & Arinsal ski trip. The rooms are warm, great mattresses and pillows and the shower was fantastic for aching joints after a days skiing. The staff are all fantastic and nothing is too much bother. The food is amazing with themed evenings during the whole week, something for everyone and great quality. To top it all the skiing is first class and once you have warmed up on the Arinsal slopes, head over to Pal which has plenty to offer for skiers of all levels. The free bus from Erts takes day 1 to work out the timings but after that the Gondola in Arinsal is a short journey."
