The house is ideal for families with children, to have ping-pong and a basketball goal, has several relaxation areas and meeting to enjoy the complete tranquility of the urbanization of Betlem, also has a young pine wood and grass . I sea views are spectacular mountain from anywhere in the house, but from the solarium, the panoramic Ferrutx covers Cape, Cape Formentor and Pinar Cape, enjoying much of the Tramuntana mountains. The sunsets are unforgettable.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster; open to living dining room with sea views, TV with Freeview.

Great holidays
The house is really beautiful, has a beautiful garden with Pool and great view over the sea from the different terraces of the house. The house is big enough for 4-5 persons, especially families with 2 or 3 children. I think, It‘s important to have a car to go shopping and go to the beaches of the coast of Alcudia, then the holidays are Perfect! We really enjoyed it and will come back!

Es war wunderbar! Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. Es hat einen großen Garten mit Pool. Es ist eine ruhige und entspannte Ecke Mallorcas. Wir haben auch die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir haben das Haus letztlich aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht. Es ist wirklich toll und auch wunderschön gelegen.Leider entdeckten wir im Flur- und Wohnbereich jeweils eine Kamera, die uns schwer verunsicherten. Nach dem Ersten Schock und Recherche, dass so etwas in Innenräumen nicht erlaubt ist, haben wir viel Zeit außerhalb des Hauses verbracht. Wir waren so verunsichert aus Angst vor einer Konfrontation und einer "Umsiedlung" und was da alles noch dran hängt mit Kindern. Letztlich haben wir im Nachhinein uns erst an den Hausverwalter und die Rechtsabteilung von Fe Wo Direkt gewandt. Der Hausverwalter versuchte uns dann mit dem Türschild am Eingang abzuspeisen, auf dem stand "Achtung Videoüberwachung". Dies bezieht sich aber nur auf den Außenbereich und nicht auf Innenräume. Des Weiteren wurde darauf verwiesen, dass die Kameras nur zur Einbruchsicherung angebracht sind. Da kommt die Frage auf, wie diese zwischen Einbrecher und Bewohner unterscheiden? Wer kann sagen, dass die Kameras uns nicht aufgenommen haben? Nach wie vor hat dies einen sehr faden Beigeschmack hinterlassen. Kameras in Innenräumen und "allein" die bloße Anbringung sind nicht erlaubt, wenn man nicht ausdrücklich darauf hinweist. Dumm gelaufen, passiert hoffentlich nicht wieder. Maßlos enttäuscht sind wir nur von FeWoDirekt, von denen wir irgendwann eine automatische Email bekamen, der Fall ist abgeschlossen, keine persönliche Stellungnahme, einfach nix.

Traumhaft schön - jederzeit wieder
Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum! Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der unbezahlbare Blick auf die Bucht inklusive Sonnenuntergänge - einfach nur zum Genießen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Das fußläufige Restaurant können wir auch empfohlen und für die nötigste Versorgung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Vermieter war sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch vor Ort immer ansprechbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wiede!

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt und gute Kommunikation
Der Aufenthalt in Betlem war sehr angenehm. Sehr schöne Villa. Wie auf den Bildern. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dachterasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ebenfalls sehr sehr gut und es wurde immer mindestens innerhalb von 3 Stunden geantwortet.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
