2. 服務貼心，從入住引導到需求響應都很及時，工作人員態度熱情又專業。
3. 房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果好，一夜睡得很安穩。
4. 設施完善，智能馬桶、高清電視、高速WiFi一應俱全，部分房型還帶景觀陽台，視野超讚。
5. 早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道在線，開啟活力一天。

進去了廁所燈不亮，然後聯繫了前台，前台説讓修，然後一直沒有過來人。等了好大會兒，我們又打電話。然後他們才説那裡本來就是壞的，也沒有人告知。也沒有説換房的事情。就説那是黑的，本來就壞了，我們説換房，他才換房的，所以我覺得不是很滿意。住了一個房間，我不是想住壞的房間。希望商家改進。
