The service and space was undeniably the best I’ve experienced in this part of the country. Their full board booking and expansive menu to pick from were a highlight the other Serendib Suites need to adapt. Thank you Jane, Keshan and Constance for the impeccable service.

What a little gem! We had an excellent stay; everything is clean, neat and in order. With the warmest hospitality from the staff. Every need was catered for in the kitchen, without hesitation. The chefs cook well and they are very generous. We are definitely coming back.

We Stopped there for lunch with my family and had a terrible experience. The service was bad and the manager’s attitude even worse! To be honest It will be very hard to recommend this place to anyone. The food was a 3 out of 10. Such a pity for such a beautiful spot

We have returned from a 2 night stay at this wonderful establishment. We were made to feel most welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we departed. On arrival we enjoyed a cool juice drink before being shown to a beautiful, spacious apartment overlooking the hippo infested river. An amazing experience to sit on the balcony enjoying the views. The hotel staff were able to provide a safari experience for us at Liwonde National Park where the very professional guide,Mathews provided us with his knowledge and experience of the wildlife on view including a large group of Lions. The staff at the hotel were all professional and helpful and exceeded expectations. We will cherish the surprise gifts we received on our departure and will be recommending this hotel and returning ourselves in the future.

The food was delicious, the room large and nice, friendly staff. We made a boat trip on the Shire river, with just the 2 of us, as the other people who booked it , cancelled. It was a lovely stay.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Malawi. Rooms are specious and very clean. The resort organizes afternoon cruises on the Shira river and morning game drives in the park. We did both and it was really excellent.
