Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff were great, the spa and the CBD massage was sensational. The boat cruise and the magestic views were amazing.

Excellent hotel, quite pricey, but worth the money. The room had everything that you needed., including insecticide spray. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We visited RADISSON blu for lunch drawn in by its beautiful ambience. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. The decor was lovely but unfortunately that’s where the positive ended. The receptionist directed us to the restaurant where we stood for five minutes waiting to be seated. Two waiters passed us several times and didn’t bother to assist us. The third waiter had passed us too and we had to stop him and ask to be seated. He told us to sit anywhere we would like and we will be attended to. However we waited for a good 45 minutes with no service. During our 45 minutes wait for service a family of 4 was brought in and seated across us and received menus. We waited to see if they would notice that we hadn’t been served. Eventually we decided to leave without being served due to lack of attention. As we were leaving we saw many waiters standing chatting amongst themselves. The lady in guest services (Gift) tried to help us get a table. We appreciate her efforts but we couldn’t wait any longer.
