Da non ritorno,,, ancora oggi non o assorbito la fregatura di una delle cameriere,, a proposito, cameriera che fa tanta pubblicità a Carpe Diem ,, vergognoso ,, parlerò finché posso x avermi fregato 50 euro ,, sono una pensionata , non lo avrei mai fatto per nulla,, tienili e li usi malissimo i miei soldi,,,

Vacanza eccellente con ospitalità magnifica, personale molto educato e disponibile , cucina ottima . Hotel direttamente sulle piste da sci è accessibile a persone disabili su sedia a rotelle . Comodo garage sottostante , e comodità alla zona pedonale che si trova a 20 metri .

Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita anche il bagno, solo che era adiacente all’ingresso dove si fermavano tutti a parlare compreso il personale, non si poteva tenere la finestra aperta anche perché tutte le sere bruciavano delle cassette di legno e avevamo anche gli asciugamani in bagno che puzzavano di cenere, non ho potuto dire il tutto alla proprietaria perché parlava solo lei non faceva parlare e soprattutto non ci ha chiesto come ci siamo trovati peccato perché a Livigno in tutti i ristoranti mel hanno chiesto sono molto ospitali, sono solo consigli per migliorare, comunque abbiamo mangiato bene, anche la colazione molto ricca

Hotel a conduzione familiare. Gestione approssimativa, confusionaria e assolutamente non professionale. Due giorni consecutivi senza acqua calda, un pomeriggio rientriamo in camera e siamo senza carta igienica, asciugamani messi a terra per essere cambiati, riposti su dalle donne delle pulizie. Fatto presente alla titolare i nostri disagi ci viene risposto che se non ci va bene così possiamo pure andarcene. Dopo le nostre lamentele il figlio facente parte dello staff evita di salutarci quando ci si incrocia dentro la struttura. In vent'anni a Livigno mai incontrato persone tanto arroganti, presuntuose e spocchiose. Fortunatamente Livigno offre un'ampia scelta di alloggi. Mai più al Carpe Diem.

Pessimo servizio, peccato perché la camera era bella e spaziosa ma gestito in modo pessimo. Ci siamo svegliati due giorni consecutivi con l'acqua fredda, ci siamo lamentati e siamo ancora stati attaccati dalla direzione mi sono sentita dire che se volevo potevo andarmene. Maleducati e strafottenti mai più.

Posizione fantastica! Sei nel cuore di Livigno! Che dire! Hotel a conduzione famigliare! BELLISSIMO! Camere completamente nuove, belle, pulite, è ottimamente insonorizzate! Lo staff da 10 E lode!! Sicuramente da ritornare Colazione e cene nella normalità! Tutto buono e prezzi modici
