第一次知道租客出門去玩後，酒店老闆允許打掃人員使用備用門卡進入房間。當需要從老闆哪裡拿一小卷紙時，老闆才告訴打掃人員在租客未知情況下進去房間打掃。當時老闆未拿紙給我，而且態度很強硬

8213房樓上六號凌晨一點噪音不斷，嚴重影響睡眠，反饋後仍未得到有效處理。一是入住客人素質低，二是賓館工作人員工作不到位，三是賓館隔音效果差。

It’s not often a hotel stands out, but I really liked it here. It’s immaculately clean - they came and cleaned my toilet and garbage every day of my stay! Staff is friendly, generous, and kind. They were happy to have me as a foreigner which I really appreciated. My room had a huge window (love!!!), AC, a good shower with hot water, a kettle, room shoes, and a bunch of other toiletries. Everything was in very good condition and the room was the perfect size for a solo traveller. Xièxiè! Thank you for the great stay in your beautiful green city of Nanning!
