第一次知道租客出門去玩後，酒店老闆允許打掃人員使用備用門卡進入房間。當需要從老闆哪裡拿一小卷紙時，老闆才告訴打掃人員在租客未知情況下進去房間打掃。當時老闆未拿紙給我，而且態度很強硬

8213房樓上六號凌晨一點噪音不斷，嚴重影響睡眠，反饋後仍未得到有效處理。一是入住客人素質低，二是賓館工作人員工作不到位，三是賓館隔音效果差。
