ECHENG Hotel (Liuzhou Wuxing Pedestrian Street Store)

Upon entering the room, I opened the duvet to find multiple strands of tangled hair. I called the front desk, and the staff had a good attitude. Although no compensation was offered, they were very quick to replace the duvet cover. Facilities: The water heater and air conditioning worked well.

The front desk service was excellent; they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast was delicious. Its fantastic location makes it super convenient for getting around. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Liuzhou!

This was hands down the best hotel I've stayed at all summer! The room was incredibly clean, spotless even, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever (no musty smell, no drain smell). The water pressure was excellent, making for a truly invigorating shower. The bedding was also pristine, which was perfect for my allergies. With a Simmons mattress and a down duvet, I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. They were very responsive and proactive in handling requests. For instance, I asked for an extra duvet, and it was delivered to my room even before I got back! The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The laundry room was well-equipped with four washers and four dryers. What's more, the staff even helped with washing, drying, and folding the clothes, which were then neatly bagged and delivered to my room, all completely free of charge! There's also a gym available. The buffet breakfast was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options, plus the local specialty, Liuzhou Luosifen. Most importantly, the hotel boasts a two-story underground parking garage. This is a huge convenience, especially given how challenging it can be to find parking in the city center. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to Qingyun Market and Wuxing Pedestrian Street. You can also easily walk to the riverside to enjoy the musical fountain or visit the Liuzhou Museum. The prices were reasonable, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Liuzhou! What a fantastic experience! 👍

The hotel boasts a fantastic riverside location with great views. The rooms are quite spacious, and the underground parking is very convenient for guests traveling by car. It's also easy to access museums and parks from here. The front desk service was excellent – highly recommended!

For those visiting Liuzhou specifically for its culinary delights, I truly recommend this hotel; it offers excellent value for money. Right downstairs, just across the street, you'll find Sister Liu's Fresh Meat Luosifen – an absolute must-try! A few minutes' walk (no need to cross the road) leads to Dang Niulao Beef Offal Hotpot. Even Qingyun Market is easily accessible on foot, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing our family of three, they kindly upgraded us for free to a more spacious Deluxe Twin Room. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Plus, every day, the mini-fridge was restocked with a complimentary can of Sprite and a can of Coke. However, as it was a smoking room, the lingering smell of smoke was a slight drawback. In the evenings, a security door between the elevators and the room corridor requires a key card swipe for access. On the bright side, food deliveries can generally be brought directly to your room door.

I first stayed at Yicheng Hotel in Liuzhou in 2020 while passing through and found it quite good. On this current trip to Liuzhou, I decided to book it again, primarily for its excellent and convenient location. The hotel facilities are also satisfactory.
