虛假宣傳柳州豪華酒店第一！整個酒店沒有禮賓，需要自己拖着箱子上樓check in，整個酒店服務態度冷漠。入住前殷勤溝通讓加前台微信，後續入住後有問題回覆極慢，check out也沒有任何問題跟進反饋。入住前殷勤溝通有歡迎水果，中午入住什麼都沒有，説歡迎水果統一下午才配送。人都入住了，還歡迎什麼？且看附圖，歡迎水果什麼質量？住了這麼多酒店，最差的凱悦，沒有之一！
