很棒的一家酒店！地理位置優越出行很方便，樓下就是一家很大商場，房間在40幾樓能看到的景色也很美。下次來柳州還會選擇這家酒店的！

酒店前台在42口，基本備註的房間要求都會滿足。帶着小朋友住也很開心，可以看整個柳州的景色，夜景也很驚艷。酒店服務也是有求必應，下次來柳州還會來。

這家酒店真是好得沒話説！房間又大又舒服，床品超級棒，躺上去就不想動。衞生間也特別贊，幾乎是我去過衞生做得最好的酒店之一。酒店員工專業熱情細心周到，事事有迴應，有問必答，看得出是受到過良好的培訓一個字，就是專業。你要是提啥特殊要求，比如想吃啥特別的，他們都能盡力滿足你。公共區域也特別漂亮，健身房該有的都有，所以果斷選擇了續住。推薦推薦

趁着週末來了這次選擇了離市中心比較近的凱悦嘉軒，就訂啊是凱悦體系的，環境和服務都出乎意料的好！服務相當專業，體驗感拉滿。大堂42樓更是直接高層盡觀大江景，這個時候來能夠看到柳州限定的“阿薩姆奶茶版柳江”。房間衞生也是非常乾淨，工作人員也十分耐心和敬業，推薦入住

 因為是萬豪的白金卡會員，又有希爾頓金卡，又有洲際的員工價，所以平時出門的話都會選擇這幾家酒店。但是因為柳州沒得選，第一次住凱悦旗下的酒店。
真的特別的驚喜。不管是地理位置，對面小區就是最出名螺螄粉很方便，旁邊就是柳江，還是房間夠寬敞，江景房躺在床上就能看柳江（可惜這幾天大洪水，）, 酒店還貼心的提供了外賣就餐區給到客人。
酒店的每一個工作人員，服務態度都特別好。看到走過都會主動點頭打招呼，特別是前台的Leo，知道我們過來吃螺螄粉貼心分享了做好的柳州攻略給我們，覺得算得上是福布斯五星標準服務。
