Staff is super kind.
Smoking was a challenge. We asked for a no. Smoking floor but the patrons don’t care so smoke with their doors open and it was tough because i was trying to avoid it for the toddler.

房間整潔乾淨，空間也挺大，主要是地理位置好，旁邊好幾家十幾年老店，走路去步行街什麼的也很方便，旁邊是一個公園，窗外視野很好，走的時候有個飾品落房間了，工作人員特別仔細，電話聯繫當天就幫忙郵寄出來了，特別感謝！

缺點：下午四點多到酒店，入住時地面枱麪都是濕的，應該是剛打掃不久，馬桶上有不明毛髮和印跡特別噁心，還好我帶了一次性馬桶墊。洗手液嘴是斷的，用不了。
優點：酒店在柳侯公園對面，離五星路步行街也很近，地理位置不錯，鬧中取靜的地段。
酒店旁邊的咖啡店不錯，青雲菜場小吃不錯，其他景點無感，太熱了再美的景都要打折扣。柳侯公園小而美，也很出片，不一定要去龍潭公園人擠人的網紅打卡拍照點。

客觀評價一下，酒店在柳侯公園旁邊，位置絕佳房間格局蠻好的，衞生也很不錯。但是真的太太太吵了，應該是沒有做雙層玻璃隔音的。兩側的房間各有各的吵法，空調外機就在窗户外面，兩間房的外機是挨着的，也就是衹要隔壁住户開空調就別想睡覺...我不是一個睡眠很淺的人，經常旅遊住的一般都是3-4星的酒店，真的第一次碰到這麼吵的。當時看到評論有人説隔音很好很安靜才訂的，但是真的特別無法接受。給後面要訂的uu提個醒也，能帶耳塞或者無論環境多嘈雜都能睡的可以訂，因為位置真的蠻好的，我去哪都基本是走路去的。不是特別能忍噪音的就算了...
酒店的服務還是蠻好，也給出了一個相對滿意的解決方案。但是出門在外還是休息最重要，隔音真是硬傷...

房間很乾凈，浴巾很新，前台服務很好很熱情，有什麼問題都很快速的解決了，還免費升級了房型，我們説了要安靜的房間，特意給我們安排靠小區的一面很貼心，環境很好，房間很寬敞，床品睡着很舒服，衞生乾淨整潔，空調很給力，衞生間也很乾凈，水壓很大，洗漱很舒服，早餐味道不錯，地理位置很好，在市區卻不嘈雜，方便出行，入住體驗感很好。
