來柳州三次，體驗最差的一家酒店，辦理入住時候告訴我訂的房型是頭尾房，我不理解，我反覆看了幾遍介紹，再説什麼靜謐空間舒適睡眠吧，從晚上9點以後也不知道是空調外機聲音還是什麼鐵板聲音，能持續到凌晨，隔音巨差。真不想多説什麼服務態度了
