服務：服務不好，預訂前備註了，一定要留能望遠的房子，辦理入住是前天有兩個工作人員，一個年輕的，一個年齡大些的，年輕的美女要給我換可以看遠處的房子，年齡大的不讓換，跟我沒有房子了，就剩這一間，服務態度很不好，還跟我翻白眼，最後也沒有給我換房，第二天早上早餐時，餐廳又是她（年齡大些的前天工作人員），問她和花吧！愛答不理的，還有餐廳的一個阿姨服務更差，問她有沒有一次性杯子，兇的很把我孩子都嚇到了，想着房價這麼高能入住順利開心，最不好的一次體驗，以後不敢住這家酒店了……
