Spark by Hilton Little Rock West

Definitely a mixed bag, mostly negative. The customer service at the front desk depends solely on who is there. There is no water at the breakfast, so on Saturday when I asked if they had water available, the receptionist gave me a bottle of complementary water, which I drank. The receptionist on Sunday morning refused to give me a complementary bottle of water and said I had to buy water, even though I am a Hilton Honors member and didn't get water upon check in. I, unfortunately, am here for a week. On the second night I told the front desk that the door to my room would not open or close easily. Nothing was done. Also, the 3 products in the shower were empty and still empty by the 3rd day. I moved from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor because the noise transfer from above was horrible.In both rooms, the area under the foot rest was not cleaned, in the second room there was also hair on the shower wall! I stayed the first week at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown and it was quiet, the staff was wonderful. Wish I had not changed to be closer to my job site. The Spark is horrible.

What a bargain. Great location. Clean hotel. spacious room. Great employees and service. Only stayed on night but we were quite happy for what we got for the price. Now the breakfast is nothing to write home about. Very basic, so donot expect much there. Staff was very helpful and since we were the only ones eating breakfast at the time sat and talked with us for a while. anyway nice experience.

It was a nice hotel for a quick overnight trip to be close to a love one in the hospital. My first time at one so I didn’t know what to expect but it was good. Room was nice and it offered what I needed. Bought something from the pantry so that was nice.

How would you enjoy walking around the hotel in the rain trying to find an entrance that will open? No internet, the desk clerk says it is down. This desk chair is all metal and cuts into the back of my thighs. But I have to stay here because the inn has the contract with the VA.

This LaQuinta location is great, awesome staff, wonderful rooms. I recommend this location. I will be returning.

From the staff to the cleanliness of the lobby to the room, this location is amazing! There are other facilities next door, but this hotel is beyond standard expectation. When we stay in the area, we choose this location everytime! We highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't be dissapointed and it's conveniently located in West Little Rock near restaurants, shopping, and several hospitals too.
