Hello people, If you are looking for stress on your vacation you've found the right place, all you need to do is book this hotel. First of all they make you pay upfront for the stay. I didn't know that hotels serve on first come first serve for pre booked customers until I came to this hotel. I had booked a suite for my family when we arrived we were given a regular room for a price of a suite. When I went to ask why they would give us a regular room in place of a suite I was told that suits are on first come first serve. As my kids we tired after a long flight I begged them to find me a different room I even offered them to pay more money just to find a confortable place for my family. They gave us a different room and told us that we can now use a couch so we basically paid a suite price to upgrade to a couch. As if that wasn't enough we did not get room service for 2 days and then I went to request for room service as we had run out of towels and been using the same bed sheets since we arrived. Guess what we didn't get any. On the 3rd day we checked out went on to book a different hotel. I wish they had a minus but since they don't have any I'll give them the 1 they don't deserve. Bottom line is be careful with these scamers, not only they scammed me they ruined my family's vacation I wish I could take time back.

This was god property. Got it last minute and it did not disappoint. Would stay again.

I had a suite the pull out baby was not safe for a adult are bed was to low to the floor it was just a mattress it was so uncomfortable bathroom was not clean I had to take washcloth to the desk it was so dirty the breakfast was bad and the one young lady was so mean to ask anything no toast cereal I had was not any good I paid 495.00$ for something yall said was remolded 5 stars and I was not happy just unfortunately in pain.

The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. The hotel was close to everything we needed to do while we were there so the convenience was great.
