酒店乾淨整潔，前台美女熱情禮貌。這家酒店在理塘算是比較好的了，酒店房間裏配的有加濕器和抽氧機。衹是剛剛過來海拔4000米的地方高反比較嚴重，一整個晚上都頭疼，沒怎麼睡好～

房間的洗浴噴頭是壞的，一打開水花四濺，全身淋濕。最奇芭的是，第二天的早餐，牛肉麪的碗是拳頭大的碗，跟服務員要大一點的好拌勻，結果説沒有，旁邊有裝鹹菜的碗是大碗，要求換一下，結果説整個酒店就兩個，不可以。還有奇葩的事，川西的酒店，早餐居然沒有辣椒油之類的調料。衞生環境也不好，牀頭櫃都是灰。本來美好的理塘記憶，已經是距離去年十月來，感覺好，再來一次，這一次的入住，決定以後再不回來。房間礦泉水也不配，都是奇葩事。強列實名推薦大家，不要入住這個酒店，確實萬不得已來理塘的情況下。

這次入住的體驗真的超棒，必須誇誇前台的工作人員！從進門開始就感受到了熱情，辦理入住時效率特別高，小姐姐態度特別好，耐心解答了我關於周邊交通和用餐的問題，還主動提醒了一些入住注意事項，特別貼心。
中間有次需要額外的洗漱用品，打電話過去很快就送來了，響應特別及時。退房的時候也是秒處理，全程都讓人覺得很舒服。因為前台的優質服務，讓這次住宿體驗加分不少，下次來還選這家！
