We were welcomed into the hotel by the owner, who helped us every day with our trip. It was a blessing to find someone so helpful. The hotel is perfectly equipped and has every necessary comfort. The restaurant offers a magnificent view of Litang.

The service is very good, but the oxygen supply time is not 24 hours, it is from 7pm to 2am, and my friend suffered from severe altitude sickness. I didn't know these 2 points at the beginning, so I'm providing them for reference for friends in need. The facilities are relatively new and the hygiene is good.

To be honest, we are all doing business. I usually don't give good or bad reviews. Both are not easy. Why should I give a bad review? This hotel should be of decent quality. When I entered the lobby, the receptionist didn't even bother to pay attention to me. I checked in slowly, and then the receptionist came to the room and asked me to cancel the order from Ctrip. He asked me to pay him, saying that he recorded the order as individual customers. Why should I pay for your mistake? There is no intention of apologizing. The second time the front desk knocked on the door they said that maybe I made a mistake with the date of my reservation. If it doesn't fit, could they have told me when I checked in? The front desk asked me to cancel for the second time, but I did not cancel and changed the date. I booked a room with oxygen. My child had altitude sickness, and after entering the room, the oxygen supply equipment was just a decoration and had no effect. I called the front desk and they asked me to wait. I waited for nearly 40 minutes while everything was packed. The most important point is, I have stayed in many hotels, should a bed in a standard room be equipped with two pillows? The main thing is that I have a child, so even if it's a standard bed, one should be provided. I've already asked for it, and even if you charge, shouldn't you give me an extra pillow? The front desk clerk didn't say a word and ended the conversation with only one pillow for each bed. I also looked at the pictures in detail before checking in and saw that there were two pillows on the bed. I stayed in a hotel because it looked good and I could have a good sleep. But they didn’t even provide a pillow. I don’t know how I could sleep well. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Very bad experience. The decoration of this store is OK, but the hygiene is average and the service attitude is particularly bad, which may be because it is far away from the center. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one in the lobby. I don't know if there was breakfast, and I didn't eat it, so I don't know how it was. Friends who are staying here should pay attention to this!
